He was not the greatest shooter with the sandals.

I can't say for sure, bit it looks like his head is actually raised up well into the shooting as he is rolling over. Then there is maybe a headshot and he goes limp.

I'll bet shooting under stress is nowhere as easy as it looks in the movies. Small errors from stress aiming can result in a bullet missing a big target by a lot.

The cop with the dash cam couldn't wait to shoot someone. He was pissed when he lost his lead. So much so he crossed over into the other lanes just to get back in front. He was driving crazier than the damn dude that got shot.

Yes I agree, a "cowboy" in a police uniform...there was the moment for a Pit manoeuvre when the perp turned left and almost stopped, no idea why the cowoboy did not use it...I guess he loved the chase...:2 cents:
