Cops do kill.
I'm curious. Da fuck they do? A youngster shot dead. Was walking with a knife. Is that a fucking mantra cops are being told to use like say Drop A Knife 3 times and shoot the fuck to death?
Didn't the guy have legs, arms to shoot at an stop him? What is the fuck ? |
In Amercia?
|
Russia is like the wild wild west that's how they roll there. Crazy times
|
Guys, may be it's old news, a guy was recently killed. In USA.
|
They shoot the torso because that's the biggest solid area for a successful hit, the least chance to miss. When someone points a gun at you or is running towards you with a knife, trying to shoot a leg or arm with a bigger chance of missing is too risky.
|
how did that turn out?

Here is a video of "police brutality" in Belorussia (not Russia actually, but almost the same). Thy guy under drugs with a knife tried to stub police officers. And he got shot... into his leg. He was not killed, he was simply stopped and beaten till he dropped his knife. They have tried everything to stop him but not to kill. And you know... the people here say it was very brutal... |
Is a police-less world possible??

E.g. a junkie took a child as a hostage: So course they kill, but you should agree that the video above is a way different to all those videos where American cops kill civilians and their pets left and right just because they can. Even Russian DEA try not to kill... even a dog... and yes, they have guns: |

A video of a policeman who has clutched his holster (not a gun, just a holster) without a reason, only because the guy with a camera didn't obey him: He has been filmed on camera, it was shown even on federal TV and he has lost his job after that. Could this happen in the USA? |

American cops do. Let's get it right, the rest of the Western World has no problem with police shootings.

old video ? 3 days ago police from neighbouring Mexico stopped me and forced 7 EUR bribe ;-)
they were in Zhiguli:1orglaugh:1orglaugh:1orglaugh:1orglaugh Quote:

I promised myself to never pay anymore nothing to the cops here. So the next time they will aks me for documents I will just show them, and not hand them. Also, they are free to write me any official ticket here. I will just put it to trash later:winkwink::winkwink: fucking USSR soviet african mentality :winkwink::winkwink: |
I bet that's the cheapest country in Europe now. They are ready to work here literally for food. Now when they have a visa free regime with the EU, hard times are coming for the Polish plumbers in Germany ;)
|
any justice for victims?

its a visa free travel for 90 days in 180 days period, but it doesnt allow work. When someone will get catched doing work, they will gte banned, and they employers fined, so..I doubt that someone is really taking a chance.
Maybe except hookers, but they were doing it before. 0,33 l of KVAS here is like 20-25 euro cents, glass of vodka 50 ml around 30-50 eurocents, some luxury :) kebab maybe 1,5 EUR, 1 hour of sauna and jacuzzi in some hotel in spa town = 2 usd :) also, spoke recently with some citizens of Moscow...They told me that average salary for shop cashier/ clerk these days is like 500 EUR in Moscow...Still, around 3 times more than in Ukraine Quote:
|
You can come and find work in Poland, apply and get approved. An employer can hire you officially and do the paperwork, no need to cheat. I can't tell about other EU countries but in Poland you can do so legally.

I know that :) almost 2 milions Ukrainians in Poland now these days, the rent got more expensive like 35-40 % more in last 2-3 years because of that ;-)
for the rest of EU is 90 days of TRAVEL not work. Maybe its the same like Poland with Czechia, Slovakia and Bulgaria for Ukrainians, dont know about that. But what I know that in some cities in Poland every man out of 10 is Ukrainian now ;-) Quote:

maybe more like 1,5 mln, but getting close to 2 mln...
200 k ? LOL !!! maybe in 2013 :) Ilu Ukraińców wyjechało do pracy w Polsce - Wschodnik : Portal Informacyjny Aktualności z Ukrainy generally speaking, shitload of Ukrainians. Also some Bela-rusians and RUSsians, but much much much less than Ukrs. Just like 1?2? miliones of Poles in UK, and other milions of Easterns in UK too ;-) Quote:

Never looked to the stats lately, just noticed loads of Ukrainian plates and the language I hear everyday now. And yeah, the $ rate is lower now, home prices have gone sky high along with 20% home loan downpayment requirement quote. Well, at some point Poland wins too having Ukrainians working not Syrians just taking $ off the budget. |
nothing against Syrians here... [also there is no social welfare there + nobody wants to come there (except desperated Ukrs, for them Poland is like paradise these days lol)...get salary of 600-700 euros and pay the rent of 400-500 ?..unless you live in few people in a flat]...
The only people that win in such situation are those that were already rich, ie: have flats for rent, have some business to employ cheap labour. If you dont have that you are competing with Ukrainians in rent market (in Poland there was always shortage of flats to rent, now is even worse) and - even worse, if you dont have qualifications - in jobs market (cheaper labour for the most dullin tasks). basically the same like in UK with Poles, Romanians and so on thats why Im in Ukraine now, enjoing 1 usd to 26 uah :) shitty weather though, dont have time this year to go to somewhere on the black coast like Nikolayev or whatever...too far, i would have to go by romania as roads in ukr in that parts are only good for horses... It's too simple to put it that way. No paradise in Poland, it's better due to Poland being a EU country, but I agree that low income jobs seekers get paid better than in Ukraine. Many share flats and send money back to Ukraine. But speaking of IT it's not that easy to compare, with the Polish tax rate IT jobs for mid level and seniors pays less. Many come back or seek jobs in Germany. For many staying in Poland a European way of having things around might not look that nice, they lose their feelings of importance and becoming an average European at times make them miserable. But those who can accept the change it opens new ways in the future. The only people that win in such situation are those that were already rich, ie: have flats for rent, have some business to employ cheap labour. I spent more than 5 years in EU, with the prices that low in UA I could have bought another apartment in Kiev if I had stayed. I spent a month in Kiev this August, it was cheap, right, but it fades away fairly quick and harsh reality slams in. Basically, if we talk about low profile life it's cheaper in Ukraine but living a EU style costs more than in EU. to go to somewhere on the black coast like Nikolayev or whatever. Shithole lover? LOL, Every time i used to go to Crimea i was driving thru that town not making a stop. Fuck it. As of now I strongly believe even Odessa is fucked. I'd say Chernovtsy and Lviv are those to visit and stay in Ukraine. |
yeah I like shitholes...:-) btw. why even Odesa would be so bad? its very popular with tourists... I get that you dont like Soviet style??? lol, just like me :)
actually im in Lviv now...probably will stay here for 2 months...got plans to go to Chernivtse, but its like 300 km from here hm...is it worth it ? you are the second person that recommend it...I actually consider living in Lviv, Chernivtsi or Truskavets :) Just saw Uzhorod and Mukachevo, strange cities, seem not like Ukraine at all.also visited Carpathians etc... I may always live in Soviet Truskavets and go to spa every day :-) as for Ukrainians in Poland...yeah I know...better to earn 500 euros in Poland than 3000-5000 UAH in Ukraine, right ? IT guys are different thing... there is also a bunch of tech ex soviet guys from cities like Dnipro or whatever that are technicians of some sort, like welders etc. I rarely stay in Poland in recent years for various reasons...too expensive for what it offers and the mentality of the most people suck, I dont understand them that much anymore :) Quote:

So saying I don't like Soviet is nothing. I do fucking hate it. That's actually why i never go to Croatia, I can sense those Soviets from far away, I always drive to Italy. Odessa itself was OK before 2010. It began to get dirty, authorities dont do anything to keep up the city style that actually has many good looking old style buildings. And recently it became a slut town to visit. It's like Bratislava but on the sea :) Quote:
Chernivtsy is a small but nice town, it would remind you of a smaller Lviv, the central part is Ok. I actually spent some good time in Truskavets back in the day, i had to go a local Telecom center to oder a dial up u/p to work remotely from a hotel. It's similar to Krakow weather wise, rainy and humid. Uzhorod and Mukachevo - those are sort of transit towns, been there but never stayed. Quote:

Overall I like it in Poland. There are things I don't like, but after 5,5 years I call it home. Slovakia and CZ do not come any close IMO. |
Depends of the situation cop has right to make decision

Ps: if you run at cops with a knife, you are most likely not a quality citizen and not a loss to society, so no tears for somebody like that. |
