What's the story on these WIRELESS OUTAGES
 

Here we go again with this and it's apparently most carriers but what I cannot believe is that VERIZON has had several major outages this year.. I had no idea that could happen.
How could that happen?
Did the hurricanes cause some of this or what? I've read all kinds of nonsense like one place there was a cut fibre another time they said software issues
Etc

No one noticed but me, eh.. ¿

If you believe Al Gore, global warming is depleting the ozone layer and allowing solar radiation to disrupt wireless communications.

Or it could be the NSA, which is intercepting all wireless data and filtering it for Homeland Security. They're bound to run into a few glitches when sifting through petabytes of data.

Or just blame it on Russian espionage.
