Las Vegas Shooter Went To Wrong Concert??

News is reporting that he meant to go to a rap concert with Chance the Rappe and Lorde https://www.thedailybeast.com/las-ve...-lorde-concert

From the picture, there is no hotel close to the grounds. IF he was shooting from 400-500 feet away as said, I can see the hotel with his rentals.

I think much more has to be investigated before we know the truth. Too many odd facts coming around. If he came in daily, multiple times, with suitcases with guns, didn't a doorman notice he kept bringing in luggage, yet only one person in the room?

It's so easy to speculate. I hope they do autopsies to get the bullets and compare them. Multiple shooters or just one? Will the hotel be responsible for letting in 23 guns? You know the lawsuits will pile up. Metal detectors in hotel could have prevented this will be the argument. Bomb sniffing dogs at the doors!?

Metal detectors and bomb sniffing dogs at hotels is a bit Afghanistan don't you think?

Barry-xlovecam 10-04-2017 07:20 PM

Bringing 40 gun cases into a hotel is not suspicious behavior? Maybe in Baghdad or Mogadishu this would go unnoticed.

Is Vegas hotel security THAT stupid?

They got em in the top hotels in Jakarta. . .

I wouldn't say there are "too many odd facts" coming out. When you take a detailed look at someone's life you see all kinds of odd things. Most of them would be perfectly innocent. For example, if you look at my cell phone records and track my movements you would notice every now and then I drive out to the middle of no place, to an empty field, and stay there for twenty minutes or half an hour. The truth is I take my dog out to the middle of no place. Sometimes I'll grab a sandwich from Subway and we'll eat, other times I watch the sunset.

The guy had 38 different residences since 1993. I assume some may be his real estate investments. Nevertheless, that's a lot of moving around.

Were the guns in gun cases or hidden in suitcases? Sounds very funny that he had so much luggage.

TheDynasty 10-05-2017 09:39 AM

the guns were in suitcases.

when you have a couple of days and only carry one bag at a time, nobody will notice shit. Not in a place like Mandalay Bay with tens of thousands of people every day.

Exactly, had this same debate yesterday on FB. People saying how in the world did he get so many guns up there (they think there is a conspiracy)

Anyhow from what I understand he was booked in that room for a few days before hand, not hard to bring a couple of bags up daily with them inside. No one is going to notice that.

Did he attack the wrong concert.. No that's just stupid.. The guy had scopes on his guns and was in the hotel room for days before the attack. He knew it was a country music concert not a rap concert..

What it shows is he wasn't specifically targeting the country music concert, but rather he was looking for the right opportunity. This of course blows holes into the right wing nutter theory that he was a deranged liberal trying to kill Trump supporters.

Here is my theory..

The guy was mental and had a lot of guns. He was likely planing to do something but perhaps he didn't know what yet. Maybe it was just random that he rented the room over the other concert and that's when he came up with the idea to attack a concert from hotel window..

or..

Maybe he planned to attack the rap concert 1st, but he chickened out or maybe after he got the room he realized it was just too far away. (the 1st hotel was way far away from that other concert and it's unlikely the same attack would have worked)

Regardless, the fact he was obviously in pace for the other concert blows holes in the right wing nuts theory that he was trying to attack Trump supporters. All the right wing nutters are working overtime trying to push that narrative, because they are scared to death he was one of them..

Also to blow holes in the other right wing nutter theory.. (aka he was killed by FBI and conspiracy goons carried out the attack). The guy had home made termite in his car and more ammo/guns. He was expecting to get away and do another attack..

He was in Boston for a few days and speculation on the news is rampant. Red Sox games, concerts, etc.

We are getting to the point of nothing being a safe place, but not just the USA. France, UK, and other countries are learning we have to be proactive not reactive.

We're told to watch for Muslims. No one suspects an older white male. Stories on the news feature anti-Muslim hatred, kicked off planes, but our own people did this.

Odd facts didn't mean being alone in the woods. I used to live on the ocean, yet drove a few miles away to a very secluded oceanfront area where I'd walk and clear my head. Rain, snow, I'd not care. Gone for a few hours on the beach in the rain? People must have thought I was out committing countless wrong things. Odd, perhaps, but if I went wacko tomorrow and killed fifty people, would they say, "she spent hours on the beach when it snowed?"

bronco67 10-06-2017 07:13 AM

We should get one thing straight...

This guy fits the profile of a right wing gun loving nut job to perfection. Doesn't mean that he is, but you know the old saying about walking and quacking like a duck.

Busty2 10-06-2017 07:46 AM

All the hotels i have stayed in,in Vegas have multiple entrances. Almost impossible to detect this sort of activity unless you are actively looking for someone with guns ?

Yes, it is a dozen Colt CAR-AR15s with "BumpStocks", I'm going to sell them at the Desert Sportman?s Swap Meet. I don't want to leave it the the car where it may get stolen.

OK, just wanted you to know we can lock them up in our VIP gun storage room if you would like.

It was the last day and hours of the concert. He went to the wrong concert? Bullshit.

The theories are astounding. Every media outlet has a different opinion on why, who, how many, etc. The lady asking why no one stopped him claimed security always looks for things like extra suitcases in case a room for one becomes a room for six. My first thought was security cameras.

He stayed near the rap concert and in Boston. But no proof he had weapons, a plan, help, etc. It's all supposition and theory
