Renewed Pin Site Accepting Pins
 

Hello!

I would like to bring to the attention of the gfy community our renewed pin board XXX Pins. Already has 59 pinners. Feel free to post your pins with links to your content. There is also pin it button :winkwink:

Forgot to mention the options to add pins are: from device, from url, pin it bookmarklet and even pin it button for your site. Maybe I should have posted this whole thing under announcements. :) Could it get moved there? Cheers!

I've always felt that a pin site that specializes in pinning dating /swinger sites would do extremely well.

Especially if the site also had an instant messenger like facebook and physical locator app like badoo.

My PIN is 6459 but I don't think I'm supposed to tell anyone that... :(

The 2 big things are instant messenger and some way to locate local people via an app.

Also if you use my idea then you have to promise to my endeavors on your site.

This could be easily done but with so many dating sites... You know. It will be hard without affiliate marketing. I have idea how to create it all even with affiliate marketing but until it gets many users and affiliates, it may take time and lots of resources. Thanks for the suggestion but I would say it is more applicable for another site. :)

Anyway, if anyone wants to pin something, please do.. Of course, only legal stuff. Cheers!

Sure, we add some pins, but it takes longer then normal cause of the popups and windows you put in there. Considering it is webmaster traffic not sure if this helps anything, but for sure it not motivates webmasters to keep on adding, clicking away the popups every submission and continuing.

From my perspective, a lot of webmasters have a list with pin dumps where they submit daily, most of these dumps are on webmaster side complete user friendly, it helps the site owner to grow some users and it helps the webmaster to make the most out of his day.

Assuming i have a list of 20 dumps, and this one is taking more time then all other dumps you might want to anticipate on that and make sure your feeders, your webmasters are not the main source for your advertisement income, they will stall in adding, and in return you will lose on the other side. Just a friendly advice

I think he means the pop under.
Browsing on my android, I have the pop under on every page once I click anything.

What popunder? It does not pop on every page for me. There is one pop ad space - one separate for desktop and one separate for mobile for better targeting. It only pops once in 30 minutes, whatsoever. Also, there is instant messenger pop banner on the left and it has popup on close. These are the only pops. This instant messenger pop on the left displays only on desktop and when closed - yes, there is a pop but it appears again up to several times. Are you talking about this? :winkwink:

Its the window on the fetch, when fetched a smaller window opens where you can add detailed info, in both windows the slimspot banner comes up, when you click it away new window comes up, etc etc... in practice, it takes 3 times longer to add content then on other pin sites. It does not stimulate the people to add content to your site, hence you will lose on both sides. As said before, just a friendly tip, you can leave it as you want, but you will miss the persons adding daily content and keeping this up for a long time.

PS it comes up at every submit of a gallery. If it was a hourly one I would have no issues, but this one repeats and becomes a irritation.

PS2, the popup will move OVER the window where you will put the details in, so you have to close it to complete submission, when closed, new window comes up. I do know Webmasters generate views cause of the process of adding content, but its utterly useless and misses the goal of a pin board. ( no capping on this! )

Thanks for the recommendations! I believe I know what is the token problem and I am going to fix it ASAP. BTW, I have an offer for webmasters, I can possibly add your site feed to auto import once a day, if you link to this site, add the pin button to your site, or something else in return. What do you guys think?

Auto Import, the webmaster/submitter loses personal touch with your website and the option to give original descriptions just for your pin site will not be able then too. I do think that a pin site needs to feel the balance between submitter webmaster who have a need to have their content spread and owners of programs searching for some inhouse traffic, when you automate things there will always be a few clowns who abuse it, and fuck it up for the rest.

A example of a Pinsite that balances the webmasters and program owners is Jizz.xxx pinboards and live cams , ps, bonus, Submitter can earn coins and spend on Jizz Cam Girls

Got it. Thanks all! BTW about the automation, I thought it was clear it is not for everyone, but only for those, who link to the site and/or add the pin button on their site. They link to my site, I make the automation for them. :) It is just an idea. Already tried it with several sites - they give me site-wide link, I give them content import. I think it is a win-win.

What about theme developers? Are any of you guys looking for that kind of deal? I mean - to implement our pinnit button with the other share buttons on your themes? BUMP! :)

I see you still not changed your tactics regarding popups and whatever more. Will check next year again, regarding surfer irritation you are topping the charts.

Actually I changed it without removing it. Impopad reloads in 5 min once closed. :winkwink:

I never understood why webmasters filled their sites with ads before the said websites reached a certain amount of traffic.
To me, it is like putting the cart before the horse.

I had to check out the competition and ... blimey, that was a struggle to even get to the submitted images!
