Has anyone seen the new paypal feature?

now you can withdraw funds to a qualifying debit card for 25 cents! that is not all! the funds are on your card within 30mins!

adultchatpay 10-13-2017 12:30 AM

really? haven't read that yet. But that is something awesome.

Old news, this has been live since the summer.

Barry-xlovecam 10-13-2017 12:52 AM

But your bank (debit card) will not post the funds for 1 or 2 business days if we are talking ACH

Maybe you mean a paypal credit card as the receiver?

Back in the day Paypal used to do withdrawals by 'refunding' to credit cards. Visa/MC put a stop to that.

Paypal is ass for non-us accounts...%5 incoming transaction fee + %5 conversion fee with no option to withdraw without doing conversion of funds to local currency....

Paul Markham 10-13-2017 03:32 AM

That sounds awesome.

That still works in some countries, like Croatia for example. As that is only way to withdraw money from paypal beside having US bank account which obviously it's not viable option if you are not US based.

femdomdestiny 10-13-2017 06:00 AM

Is everything same as before? I mean, is that a separate option (new button) or it will be considered default?

Barry-xlovecam 10-13-2017 07:56 AM

and requires you to link an eligible Visa or MasterCard debit card to your PayPal account.

This is only available to the US market then and they use VISA-net
So, I have to wonder what VISA-net is charging paypal?

Its useless for my purposes but FinTech is making this happen and that is a good thing.

HairyChick 10-13-2017 06:37 PM

It sounds good. Don't have a debit card but did ask my credit card complaint for one. Read about Venmo, too. It seems like a rebranded PayPal. I haven't found the difference yet.

TheDynasty 10-13-2017 07:20 PM

sounds good. will have to try!

It's on my PP debit card in like 0 seconds. But that is cool if needed. Most deposits, even refunds could be that fast but they want to hold on to the funds as long as they can. Advance Auto is one that I've noticed processes refunds immediately. It's usually back in my account by the time I get back home.

RyuLion 10-14-2017 03:13 PM

This is awesome!!!! Good thing I still have my account and card!

brassmonkey 10-16-2017 01:04 PM

Diomed 10-16-2017 08:55 PM

Where do you see this option?
