Yup. Bitcoin is going to crash to $3000 within 2 weeks.
It's already dropped a $1000

TheRock55 11-11-2017 04:28 PM

It's nothing but a bubble, check out what Peter Schiff has to say about it...it'll ultimately go to $0

I sold by BCH for like $300.

ruff 11-11-2017 04:40 PM

It is buy low and sell high, not buy high and sell low. But you know best. Sell now and watch it go back up and over. It's called patience.

rowan 11-11-2017 06:19 PM

BTC has "crashed" three or four times now, and in every instance has recovered to a greater value.

I stashed some away in a wallet for the first time in ages (I usually mine then convert to fiat) but I'm not going to panic sell.

TheDynasty 11-11-2017 07:07 PM

Why do that itll be up on MOnday

Speculators (note I didn't say investors) said the same thing during the collapse of the dot com bubble nearly 20 years ago.

Bitcoin is $5,662 and plunging.

Time to buy.

Short term pain for long term gain

ilnjscb 11-12-2017 01:08 AM

It looks like it is literally up 500 from what you quoted. Volatility investors must be be in heaven with this.

Smack dat 11-12-2017 02:41 AM

Alright. An update. I now can't sell because of unconfirmed transactions since last night. Great.

adultchatpay 11-12-2017 03:41 AM

What's all with this sudden downshift?
If only 1% of BTC holders withdraw all their money, the bubble will burst.

Klen 11-12-2017 04:52 AM

Sell? I say buy buy buy

people panic
people jumping ship to the currently "hot" coin of the week

all these people dont deserve fortunes, and should sell out, or buy BCH and see what happens lol

John Maynard Keynes also worked out the interest rate on bitcoin.

Amend that. Since cryptocurrencies weren't around in the 1930s, the famous British economist worked out the price at which bitcoin should be lent and borrowed, were it to be invented.

That interest rate is 57 percent.

When the CME has Bitcoin as listed (commodity) futures contracts (soon) the market will find the REAL value of Bitcoin.

SantaClause 11-12-2017 07:15 AM

It's going to drop to 5500 then start to climb again.

jscott 11-12-2017 07:39 AM

set your buy limit orders as low as you want, and your sells as high as you want

... all will hit :2 cents:

CaptainHowdy 11-12-2017 08:23 AM

And many said it will never burst ....

Hard to say. Segwitx2 was cancelled so it quickly went up to 7900 then it started to go down.. first it stopped at 7.something then it went down.

The only problem is when you set your sell limit too high and it never hits it and goes only down.. of course (hopefully) eventually it will reach it :)

rowan 11-12-2017 08:27 AM

One reason to sell on the way down is to buy back in at a lower price.

Then you can choose to take the difference in BTC (sell $x USD worth, buy $x USD worth), or USD (sell x BTC worth, buy x BTC worth).

Paul Markham 11-12-2017 08:55 AM

If any of us could predict bitcoin he would be a genius. It's all guesswork.

Peter Schiff got one thing right 10 years ago and has been nearly wrong about everything since then.

Paul&John 11-13-2017 05:52 AM

Hopefully you didn't sell it all Yesterday lol

adultchatpay 11-13-2017 06:23 AM

It's going up again

Barry-xlovecam 11-13-2017 06:29 AM

Well
1. it's gotta be something reasonable
2. it's gotta be something worth your while
3. be patient

follow those rules when setting limit orders, and they will ALL hit eventually.

I've never set a limit that didnt hit, or didnt hit yet

some people need to be reminded and reassured that waiting and holding will do them good

waiting & holding is a skill and a strength that not everyone has
