Anything client side is considered hacking. This is unacceptable.

  • Keylogging is a local event
  • Data capture and retention is usually a remote event
  • There is not a constitutionally protected expectation nor right of privacy of an Internet transmission (US Law)

Everything you say and do over Internet applications is not secure

This is the driver of the intention economy -- they just do not realize it :2 cents:

Google is a very good example of this with their *do no evil* tag line. You can see what the retention of 17 years of search queries has done. What you input in that little box becomes the property of Google by law.

Not really, as it happen only inside website or their program, plus you agree to it when you clicking yes on TOS. Just remember when google chrome started, there was one line which was saying how everything what you doing in chrome becomes google property.

From my understanding, they are not just logging data that is transmitted over the internet. They are logging data before it is transmitted. Client side keylogging.

Would you also support an operating system that logs every keystroke and mouse movement made on the consumer's device? This is where we are heading. Very quickly.

You have been hacked then ... HTTP is a stateless protocol.
*They are logging data before it is transmitted.* who is **they?
They are reading your mind over the internet -- common...

I use LINUX for just the reason you say ... Operating Systems that are hacking the user. Windows is one giant trojan IMHO.

They... Is the government. They... Use corporations to do what they can't do without going against the Constitution. They... Seek complete control no matter what the cost.

I agree with using Linux. I also like open source software.
