Paxum : funds transfered OK

I have been using Paxum since 2011-2012 and i have to say : i NEVER HAD ANY ISSUE with them. Simple as that.
Debit Cards always arrive on time, they always work totally fine
I recently used their Wire Transfer withdrawal service and i got the money on my bank account in 4 days and without any charge from my bank :thumbsup Usually my bank charges 15? to receive a wire. I guess it's because it was coming from their UK company.

In any case, all those having problems with Paxum is just because they want to.
There will always be people who don't know how to use a service and who complains on boards, making big noise instead of trying to understand why they are having issues.

But the reality is, when you manage your account right, Paxum works like a CHARM :)

Thanks to the Paxum team for their awesome service :2 cents:

I used Paxum for about 4 months and I had no end of problems.

Their last trick was to dick me around for nearly 3 weeks with generic "accounts department" replies before finally admitting that EFT withdrawal was no longer possible to my country.

Several of my EFT withdrawal attempts over those few months were quietly Rejected, Suspended or Returned. They do not always notify you proactively when there's a problem. If you're expecting something to happen, you have to periodically log in and check it's actually working. My first EFT withdrawal took over 3 weeks to arrive, and that was only after several pokes to find out what was going on.

Wire seems to be the only thing that worked without issue, but with ~$USD66 in send and receive fees it's a pretty expensive way to transfer money.

I think Paxum basically stays a couple of steps ahead in a world where regulations are constantly changing, and slowly tightening. They won't always be able to find a way around a problem, and even if they do, customers suffer in the meantime. Their entire business model relies on third party companies.

You're a fucking idiot. No one gives a shit about your 2k wires.

Come back when your 60k wires get lost and Paxum says it was sent back, but your bank says that it never came back.

And then 40 days later Paxum magically credits it to your account.

And then for all the trouble they give me a "free code" to save on the incoming wire fee, but it's not working :1orglaugh

Using Paxum for 60k wires has a name : it's called being a moron
For 60k, every mentally balanced individual will use bank to bank wire
