Bitly links blocked by eset nod32?

what you mean, i have issues with bitly, thats why i dont use their service

That when you want to visit a bit.ly link while you are using nod32 antivirus from ESET then you receive the following message:

Potential phishing attempt

This web page tries to trick visitors to submit sensitive personal information such as login data or credit card numbers.

Dump Bitly use Create short url - Tiny In Size

Any reason to use tis instead of bitly? As far as I can see its not even unlimited Upgrade Account - Tiny In Size (in the free version)

some links are redirecting. these links they warn you about. what is wrong with them trying to protect consumers?

I couldnt even access the root Bitly | URL Shortener and Link Management Platform so non of the links were working

NOD is known to be quite restrictive... You can white-list that domain to solve that problem...

Its already fixed (they lifted the 'ban')
