That when you want to visit a bit.ly link while you are using nod32 antivirus from ESET then you receive the following message:

Any reason to use tis instead of bitly? As far as I can see its not even unlimited Upgrade Account - Tiny In Size (in the free version)

NOD is known to be quite restrictive... You can white-list that domain to solve that problem...
