Experiences with First Choice Pay
I've seen FPC showing up as an option more and more for sponsor payouts.
Do you have a First Choice Pay account? If so, what has the process of setting it up and using it been like? Anyone know who is backing it? |
isn't that payoneers old bank...?
Choice Bank, Belize City |
Ok here's my experience with FCP.
1. setting up an account is easy, verification is not paxum-ish and will get you verified as long as you submit it within their guidelines. 2. approval-printing-shipping-receiving of debit card took exactly 12 days (EU location) 3. Sponsor to my FCP fee is $3 4. ATM withdrawal, watch out for the conversion, make sure to not convert it to local currency. I just select NO if it ask to convert. 5. If you are new, you can't send funds to other users as you need to add more partners/sponsors paying you. Which is pain in the ass at first. 6. There is a limit of $15k receiving per month. (?) 7. They have online chat support from monday-friday which is a big help. 8. Support ticket is also prompt, except for weekends. 9. Debit card is very susceptible to online fraud as there are no added security when buying online. Enter all details and it charges right away. There should be at least 2FA, sms i agree verification or something. Overall.. So far, so good. |
My experience since all my payoneer accounts have been moved over to First choice. Exactly the same as payoneer, no problems and excellent service.

Thank you for the details! I just gave up on being verified by Paxum. Glad I did now. What does First do for verification? |

Make sure to take a picture with the 4 edges showing and don't scan them. It should be quick. |
I'm also happy with them, the card has a chip and PIN, so no more signing which is a pain in the ass here in Europe. But I mostly use the card via paypal buying stuff on ebay, paying for domains and servers and so on.
Bank transfers from AWE and Cambuilder arrives in my account in 2 days normally. Some sponsors does not offer bank transfer, so money goes to the card. One time a payment was missing it was promptly handled and re-sent. |
no problem with them here too :thumbsup
|
So far it's been a positive experience.

FCP is one smooth payment service for affiliates, never an issue with them.

always a pleasure.
Fast and efficient, whether payment into my bank or onto my card. Fee´s a very reasonable too :thumbsup |
FCP is good, the only problem is that it does not have the option to withdraw to your bank account like Paxum does...
So yes they say on their website you can do it. On Payoneer website they also say you can do it. But both Payoneer and FCP support told me several times that "for some reasons" my account did not have that feature... I'm in the EU, with EU bank and EU company, all clean. So at the end of the day, Paxum is still a better solution. Transfering to your bank account on Paxum works like a charm, i'm usually doing small 4-5k wires, just to keep it low profile and i always get my money on my bank account within 3-4 business days :thumbsup |
