Youtube is full of shit! Here are the facts.
Do you think a million partners have similar stats? :winkwink:
These video stats are from a video I uploaded just days after youtube announced new restrictions on who could be in the partner program. They say the policy is to stop the "bad actors"; but that's just bullshit. This image clearly shows what they needed to stop : Pay outs!! http://illsex.com/gfy/ytube001.png http://illsex.com/gfy/ytube003.png https://youtube-creators.googleblog....e-partner.html Quote:

I have over 13,000,000 views on Pornhub, how much is that worth ?? Youtube and the rest of the thieves ( DailyMotion, metacafe, vimeo etc..) can go fuck themselvs. :2 cents:

This headline shows how ass backward the internet has taken us.
Just take your time and read this headline a few times and then think about : Headline : "YouTube will no longer allow creators to make money until they reach 10,000 views" https://www.theverge.com/2017/4/6/15...ds-10000-views 100 years of creator's rights just spit on. :helpme |
"Allowing Creators To make money".
Does your pimp allow you to make money? |
Yep, you see that $3 per 1000 hits they were paying me after they "adjusted" their algorithms?
Then they added it up and suddenly the rules changed. :1orglaugh |
For better or worse , I'm moving all our vids to our own platform. So no more restrictions or bullshit from them.:2 cents:

They change policies too often and you never can trust what you are doing today will be OK tomorrow. It's a bad idea to bet one's business on what goo/tube will do next. They already killed my life as a Flash programmer. |
While the old phrase "It's their playground they can set the rules" does apply I feel for any YTer who has had their balls cut off like this.
Of course, one can view this move as incentive to YTers to make better videos that get more views. Maybe this will clean out the hordes of dweebs making hour-long videos about how bad The Last Jedi sucked in their bedrooms. Just sayin'. :) |

My first plan is to stop spending a lot of time making a video since quick stupid shit gets the most views. What about niche groups who only have 3000 subscribers? Consider a channel about coping with a very rare illness. Why cut them off of the little fundraising they have? And last but not least; were talking about a site that built itself on copyright infringement and all that shit is still on the site. They are spitting on the people who made all the legit content by pushing us down in the result while pushing stolen content to the top. So after steering the traffic away from us they then say we don't have enough traffic. :helpme |

channels under 1000 subscribers guilty? So now people are just going to get their friends to subscribe and the same shit will happen and only the scammers will make the cut. |
LOL!
I'd ask everybody here to subscribe but that's only 20 people and 8 racist piglets. |

So you're saying YouTube wants original content created by others and doesn't want to pay after getting it's start with original stolen content created by others that it didn't pay for?
I can't wait to see YT fall after their recent moves to become content nazis. I've seen so many great channels die because of them getting strikes for trivial stuff. Of course the strikes system is YT's new way to get free content, 1 strike and your monetization can be "suspended" and payments stopped. |

There's a major amount of censorship on YT these days, many videos that are deemed "non advertiser friendly" (read: they are politically incorrect and don't resonate with our political echo chamber) are demonetized.
The evidence? For example "The Rubin Report" - the guy does interviews with interesting people, very professional production, own studio, very civil. But for example an interview with Ayaan Hirsi Ali has been "demonetized" - obviously being an apostate to Islam, a survivor of female genital mutilation with fatwa calling for her death. An author and a public figure that has been, still ten years ago, celebrated as a role model and a symbol of standing up to oppressive and totalitarian ideology, is a reason enough to "demonetize it" . Some accounts and videos are also straight up taken down or put into "limited state" so they can't be embedded, commented on, or up voted (and no not just lunatic conspiration theories etc.) There were also multiple instances of manipulating the up and down vote ratio, or the number of views. So the content that is deemed "politically incorrect" doesn't make it to "trending", or won't appear popular otherwise. This has been the most flagrant in one of their debut "creators for change" videos that was "celebrating refugees" and went viral since it was very corny and could be classified as an somewhat obvious propaganda. It received a huge dislike vs. like ratio (about 4:1) and plenty of sarcastic comments. At some point the dislikes stopped to count, and magically - the recent follow up videos from "creators for change" already get an overwhelmingly positive like vs. dislike ratio. |
