Two weeks before his death, Stephen Hawking predicted 'the end of the universe'

"Stephen Hawking completed a theory outlining his prediction for the end of the world just two weeks before his death, it has emerged.

The world-famous physicist, who died last Wednesday aged 76, was a co-author to a mathematical paper in which he sought to prove the so-called "multiverse" theory, according to a report by U.K. newspaper The Sunday Times. This theory imagines the existence of many separate universes other than our own.

Hawking's final work — titled "A Smooth Exit From Eternal Inflation" — is being reviewed by a leading scientific journal. In it, he predicted how our universe would eventually fade to darkness as the stars run out of energy."

When your brain is dying you can predict anything. Don't you know that?

but what he have also predicted is the end of the world because of the ice melt and environment problems - and this is something we are facing already (at least 0,1% of the final effect).

You could argue that "the end of the universe" was metaphorically the end of his life he was predicting.

You don't need to be a genius to know that the universe will die someday ...

beerptrol 03-22-2018 01:47 PM

Everything comes to an end eventually(except alt right stupidity)

He was not a believer of the Solus Doctrine (Google it if you haven't learned it in the school - the American education is a very... hmm.. alternative one).

I know. If you would have watched the video in my OP you see where he predicts the end of the universe is everything going dark.

I did not, sorry. I just know what Stephen was a materialist like me (ok, I'm like him to be honest). He didn't believe into God, fate and other shit. And course he knew there will be no end of the Universe... in the near 100 milliards of years.

but this was nothing new from him.
i think i heard from HIM the first time about the inflation of the universe 5 or 6 years ago and btw. he was not the first in that - the hypothesis is existing since the 80s.

btw all theories are ending in "the end of the universe" (at least the universe how we understand it)

he just did not need any god because he had a brilliant logic and could explain the existing without the need of a god as the missing part.

He has wrote a book about God (well, not exactly about him, but about the creation of the World) - read it: "The Grand Design"

A grand design without a designer?

i know it ;-)
and i love this brilliance in his logic when he explained that "time" has started with the big bang and people who try to find a creator in the "before" are searching in something what did not exist.

it may sound harsh but that's the advantage of being a genius in a wheelchair and not even having a chance to waste your time drilling your nose. you have a lot of time to think

He was just another Jew-promoted "celebrity scientist", with protected minority status.

When these people all die off, we can get back to searching for objective truth, instead of trying to vindicate narratives and propoganda.
