,leaked Shell documents show they knew fossil fuels were driving climate change in the 80s

This has been eluded to several times in the past, that the major oil companies knew they were causing green house gasses which would cause climate change. Now internal documents have been leaked from the 80s that show that they knew their products were a major cause and by the time anyone found out it would likely be too late to stop it. They burried it for profit.

1988 Internal Shell Report "The Greenhouse Effect"

Companies like shell used to support science they had their own teams and funded a lot of environmental science for years back in the 70s and even early 80s.. Then they stopped and shut down their support.. It was always assumed because they knew their products were damaging the earth but was hard to prove.. well now we can prove they knew it then..in the 80s and have spent countless millions trying to hurry it and claim it was all fake..

Exxon already had been outted for this As their own internal memos were released some time ago and now we see Shell being outted. It's pretty clear the big oil companies conspired against humanity for some profits..

Meanwhile we still have a idiot of a president a d his followers who want to push coal...

LOL. Everyone knew this. EVERYONE. But let's keep denying it.

Some of us remember what the larger cities used to be like in the 1970s. It was nasty.

Some of us remember the scare being global cooling in the 70's and 80's.

Global warming out of control, likely will lead to a ice age as a follow up. Here is the problem.. The ice caps are like a conveyor belt. They cause the circulation of cold and warm water around the earth's oceans which is what creates the ocean's currents.

That moving water around the oceans is what keeps our planet with stable temperatures that we can live in. Once the ice caps are gone, the currents will also stop. When that happens the Earth is expected to go into a ice age as the balance will be lost.

The fact that That's no longer a issue is proof of our ability to have sucessful environmental impacts by regulation. Please don't tell me you think that was all a hoax....

That was perfect example of regulations fixing a issue that was caused by harmful pollution..

The appointments of Scott Pruitt and Rex Tillerson, Coal Jobs, Roll-back of pollution regulations on auto manufacturers, tariffs on solar panels, etc.

Yes I do. Most of the acid rain stopped because the US, Canada and other countries greatly reduced sending sulphur dioxide into the air. At the EPA this was a part of the Clear Air Act.

SCIENCE !
