I wanted to change to Paxum on CB and then i should receive an e-mail with verification code to enter the payment section, but didnt get the mail...

I wrote a mail to support and now they ask a photo for indentity verification with ID and paper with date etc...
I dont know what is going on on CB, but this is ridiculous

Anyone else with the same issue?

I did this a few months ago, moved to another place had to update location info. Sent pic with ID and every thing. They apologized and said sorry there must have been some confusion on their end. They updated everything for me.

Still confused by what they meant "confusion of their end. Maybe it was the "cam model" thing.

I just send them such a e-mail, in my opinion i have never send a ID for age verification.

Out of that, a lot of affiliates had more accounts on CB and made them with different names, so what they ask is difficult.... :Oh crap

The Support agent probably did not notice yours is an affiliate account, and that is why you were asked for ID confirmation. I see you that you mentioned you've replied to the ticket letting them know that, but feel free to send me an e-mail if they persist in asking for ID.

CB does that for Broadcaster and Affiliate accounts.

It isn't (just) about age, it is about KYC.

I provided the photo of me holding my ID and piece of paper with name, date and special word.

Took 2 minutes, and it was done.

Same as it was when I signed up.

Use the mobile phone as verification option, you will receive a verification code on it in a few seconds.
I did that yesterday with no problems.

Have you tried multiple phone numbers with CB? I am in the US some months, and in UK/Europe other months. Thus I have 2 SIMs, 2 phone numbers.

Yes had to do this to switch from paxum to direct deposit. Pretty simple and easy process avtually.

Where is the problem? Choose one of them and use it out of the country too just to receive the text message (you just need to extract and insert a sim card in 1 minute).

I had to ask CB Support@ to disable my 2-Step because of my new phone, and loss of 10 Backup Codes.

I had to submit ID, and paper with date and secret word. They disabled 2-Step quickly.

Got 2-Step re-enabled.

Got 10 Backup Codes saved safely. Reminded them that under SMS there is no option for multiple phone numbers (e.g. one for US and one for Europe).

Went to Payment page. Button allowed me to remove previous method (FCP) and add new.

SIM cards do not roam between US and Europe.
