Looking for DMCA Agent Services that Allow Adult Sites
 

I am looking for a service that can forward me dmca complaints, and also designate one of their employee's name as dmca agent for my websites.

Any reputable companies out there?

Do you need the agents address to be in US or Canada?

Good question. I didn't know if it mattered. My host is in the US so I imagine I'd need an agent based in the US.

I'm not looking for a company to remove content, just one that will act as my DMCA agent when I receive dmca notifications .... but thanks for the tip anyway :)

No, I am looking for a service to allow me to use their name instead of mine so I don't get phone calls at 3:00am every other night. There are services that offer that for a fee. So far I have only found ones that will offer that service for mainstream sites, hence the title of my thread.

Why are you stealing content?

Since the Tubes came on the scene, and others have taken the lead to steal content as well, so many hundreds of content shooters have stopped shooting, and models have lost interest in shooting- due to lack of work and lack of pay.

Content thieves are a cancer that destroys the host.

#2 Without knowing anything, you assume I wish to steal content. As if there are no other reasons to be in accordance with DMCA law and run a site properly.
#3 I don't run tubes
#4 I used to make good money pushing paysites. Now because of tubes giving all of that away, my income from paysites is almost nil. I hated seeing that happen and wouldn't risk my dollar income for pennies that come from ads. I.E. I didn't participate in that and still don't participate in that culture.
#5 I rarely get any DMCA complaints, and when I do, I remove the content asap. I'm not trying to keep stolen content on my sites, I'm making sure the laws are followed properly and also making it easier to for people to have their content taken down.

Look, I know this is GFY but still ...

So what do you run ???

To run a content site you either:

1) make it
2) buy it
3) license it

or

4) steal it ( you may call it something else, but it is a theft)

And that is the single reason you are getting DMCA take down notices at 3 AM...

BTW your crocodile tears about tubes ruining your income ? We all have such a story. Mine is the demise of VHS cassettes and rental shops....Yet we "re tool" change the business model but do not steal...

So, without any idea of what I do, you come into my thread and sling mud at me.
