WASHINGTON COUNTY, Ore. – Washington County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested a man Tuesday who they believe sexually assaulted a horse.

Kenneth Duyck, a 20-year-old transient man, was arrested on charges of sexual assault of an animal, second-degree burglary and probation violation.

The Washington County Sheriff’s Office first began investigating the incident on April 19 after they received a call from a resident in the 200 block of Northwest 334th Avenue.

The homeowner told deputies she went out to her horse stables that morning and found one of her horses tied up in a manner she had not left it. She said it looked like other items in the area had been disturbed, indicating someone had been there.

After the horse was evaluated by a veterinarian, deputies believe the horse was sexually assaulted.

Investigators obtained suspect information from the from the victim and neighbors that made them consider Duyck a suspect. They say he frequents the Cornelius and Forest Grove areas.

You maybe surprised, but we are not like you about our animals. We are very different. Even a paid assassin here says he has no problem to kill a man, but he can not shoot at a kid or at a pet. If a cop will try to hurt my pet, I will smash his head by something hard and heavy or will stub him 20 times with a kitchen knife w/o any doubts. The Americans have no hart. Sorry for bumping. I'll try to explain it. As I said in the other thread, my brother in law has served in Afghanistan an he has killed many people - the radical Islamists. A classmate of my wife has killed literally tens of humans in Chechnya - he was a machine gun oparator. And I have no questions to them. They have served in army like any Russian man have to and they did their job. They are cool guys.. But just a few days ago one of my best friends (I have only two friends - everyone else is just a buddy) has sent me his hunting pictures and I've told him "fuck you". Killing a man is not a problem, but shooting at a kitten, a puppy or other animal... that's beyond of my mind.
