That is a very broad request. What exactly are you looking for? Canada, Europe, even Asia or Australia? If you can pinpoint the WHY of your request, you will get more relevant recommendations.

If your core target market is North America/United States, I would recommend going with a Canadian provider if you insist on non-American. If your core target market is Europe, go with a European provider, etc.

Preferably EU hosts
