Another scam by Brandon Ackerman
 

So it appears that resident repeat scammer Brandon Ackerman is at it again, this time in a deal attempting to fraud Doug Markwith he tricked a performer named Keilani Kita into allowing him to use her PayPal account for a transaction. He paid her $50 on a $1000 money transfer and then after receiving the funds and failing to comply and provide on the deal left Keilani with the full $1000 removed from her account and making no efforts or intent to repay her. We contacted up Doug and he had no idea that Brandon had been using someone elses account and we don't fault him at all for attempting to recover funds from PayPal and of course you should never let someone else use your accounts so it's a lesson learned but I'm shocked that this known shyster is still being able to trick people, both by attempting to sell content he has no license for or straight up bait and switch leaving others holding the bag for the loss.

We're helping her now go through the process of filing the police reports but since the last address on file is his mothers repossessed home in Virginia any likelihood of actually being able to collect is low. Though hopefully he will face justice soon enough.

We had recently also heard of Brandon attempting to reach out to a number of small producers claiming that he was going to pay them for referrals or content shot, these people obviously also never actually received their promised payouts.

So consider this yet another warning that any deal with the self proclaimed "porn king" Ackerman is never going to go in your favor.

If any others have been affected by Brandon and would have interest in collaborating with a class action lawsuit, feel free to reach out to me directly with any details as we continue to collect information to be able to hit him as hard as possible.

I typically shy away from drama, but I feel it's my duty to get involved here. Once again, people need to be warned of this scammer so they can avoid him at all costs.

Brandon first contacted me two years ago looking to purchase resale rights to all of my content. Despite his complete lack of professionalism, we'd hammer out a deal, he'd agree to it, then vanish for a few months only to resurface asking about the content again. He'd try to rope me into sending him the material first so his "team could review it," but I'm not as dumb as I look and don't send out content before payment. Given how sketchy he was acting, I did some research here and quickly learned of his less-than-desirable reputation.

In March I was contacted by somebody who simply referred to themselves as "PK." The email came from @contentlicensingllc.com, which I knew Brandon was affiliated with, but I assumed the business may have traded hands. Against my better judgment, I struck a deal with PK, agreeing to allow full resell rights of my content. The contract was signed, the payment sent, and the content handed over as per our agreement. I had a bad feeling about the whole thing and should have trusted my gut. Sure enough, within 20 minutes of sending the content, a full refund was issued via PayPal. Clearly "PK," who later revealed himself to be none other than the notorious Brandon Ackerman, was once again trying to get my content without truly having to pay. It's my contention that the refund was planned from the start, and PayPal agreed with this sentiment, siding with me and refusing his refund since I had undeniable proof that the content was downloaded and exactly what we'd agreed upon. It wasn't until yesterday that I learned he'd sent the payment from somebody else's PayPal account, effectively screwing them over in the process.

Furthermore, the contract I signed gave Content Licensing LLC and only Content Licensing LLC the sole resell rights to my content. Yet, it's currently being resold here via user "desertfoxx," and he's also listed it on his website that I did not grant resell rights to. Apparently after downloading the material Brandon sent it off to others for them to resell, which is in no way what we'd agreed to. For that, I'm thinking it might be time to hire a lawyer.

Given how many times he's defrauded (or attempted to defraud) people, the question of why he's still allowed here needs to be addressed. Since March I've heard countless horror stories from people he's scammed. Please, if this flaming idiot contacts you, do yourself a favor and run for the hills. If you even suspect it's him, trust your instincts and stay far away.

orlandofetish, please give my condolences to Keilani Kita and assure her that, had I known she was unaware of the transaction, I would have never accepted the payment. I'm hoping she can recoup her losses.

I have some serious threats on file he made against me and my co-workers. I would love to see him in my town putting his hands where his mouth is. Love to walk all over him. ( All from a 5-minute meeting on skype where he put me on my place and told me I need to work for him, i told him to fuck off, that did hurt him )

I don't know. He continues to post, with impunity, and acts like it's no big deal. The guy should be in a federal prison.
