I'm depressed and everything is hitting at once
Guys, my work performance sucks, I can't sleep, I'm overweight and I'm just overwhelemed.

Weird, when I was truly depressed all that I could do was sleep. Perhaps you're burnt-out?

You drink coffee? How do you respond to caffeine? Avoiding caffeine for a while might help. Pick up a good brand of B-vitamin complex and a good quality OMEGA 3/6 supplement.

as to the reply to my post, I stated "a few days" and to use moderation starvation high is real, look it up. ecstasy and anorexia may have more in common than we think just like all things if taken too far can be harmful. short-term food deprivation high is real though. expand your mind to things you may not have experienced personally and the world gets far more interesting as if docs are on gfy for real medical advice. genuinely responded to this dude with well wishes and made that clear. just if he feels overweight and depressed my advice may temporarily help read posts and consider them prior to responding, por favor and OP hang in there and be ok. |
I could work out constantly and not lose a pound. After all this time a low-carb diet is all it took... weight will melt off you. Do research.

I lived in the PNW for over a decade as they prescribe antis like they're not going to make them anymore. The number 1 cause of depression is a bad diet. Cut back on processed foods especially drinks. Do this for the next 72 hours and see if you feel any better. Or go hardcore and fast for 72 hours. Trust me, when you're rounding the 60-hour mark, you won't ever be depressed. In short, a very few percentages of people actually need antidepressants.

get yourself a notepad and write a routine...
you want your 3 meals, breakfast, lunch and dinner. you want to do something important for your life, business & pleasure. So choose 3 things, work, spend an hour doing something each day you enjoy, exercise, helping charities, anything for an hour each day, preferably after lunch so you have the rest of the day for you & work... cut down on all fatty products or high caffeine. Sleep for 7 hrīs and if you canīt sleep, have a warm bath before you go to bed. Goodluck! xxx |

Research a keto diet? My nephew and a girl who I work with both lost over 100lbs in the last year. Another gal I know has lost 32lbs in 3 months doing it. These are pretty obese people to start so maybe easier to lose weight than if you just have to drop 20lbs or so. Join a facebook support group? Join a facebook group that does outside things? So much you can do to not feel depressed. Unless you're clinically depressed by a chemical imbalance, you can just choose to be happy. It's not too hard. |
