I've got the majority of the code written for the ERC 20 coin on ETH. And yes, you can get a basic one written up for a few bucks. In fact I think I've pointed somebody here to a coder on the bitcoin forum.

The whitepaper and the coin are not what I'm looking for support for.

Interesting article beats sugarcoating it and trying to say it is cheap if no skills you buy it all.

It can cost zero if you are good with guerilla marketing.
