FYI - I clicked on the cinemaerotique.com URL in your sig. First time it took me somewhere dodgy (and I assume set a cookie) because when I try again, it takes me to a holding page.

Not really. It just involves people who bother to take an interest in your work and click you're sig, not being taken to sketchy places that try to download shit that they don't want downloaded, and then being told their computer is infected etc...

Common courtesy imho...
