Selling one of my erotic story sites (milfspornpics.com). This is a MILF site centered on hot moms sleeping with their son’s bully. Each story is at least 1000 words long.

Reason for selling: I was working on a few erotica sites, but recently decided to focus on non-porn sites.

Content: I’ve put some work into creating the content, it’s all original, some of which are niche-specific alternative versions of other stories of mine. Note that there is no duplicate content – each of the sites I was working on has content that passes Copyscape.

There are about 24 erotic stories here, each story at least 1000 words each, but many of them are double that count. The theme of the site is hot MILFS being dominated by their son’s bully. All stories are variations on that topic.

Stats: I had not published the site while I was working on it, but now that I’m moving on to other things, I figured I’d publish it so you can all see what it entails. Since I just made the site go live, stats don’t exist.

Monetization: There are numerous ways to monetize this site. The MILF porn industry might be the most popular niche in the adult industry, so you can earn through affiliate sites like Brazzers, Naughty America, and the like. There’s no shortage of MILF porn sites out there, including live cam sites (just add ads from Crakrevenue and similar sites). Live cams also have MILF-related footage you can earn affiliate commissions off of. You will probably have better ideas to monetize this site; there are pre-existing pictures in each story that do link to various MILF-related porn sites. Don’t forget about hard links to sell once the site gains some momentum.

Traffic potential: I have a site similar to this focused on the cuckold theme, and it brings in at least 1200 visitors/day through Google alone, with 3200 page views on average. My point is that once the site has been active for a few months, most of your traffic will come from Google.

Social media referrals: There are three strong social media sources you can use to promote this site. There is a strong community on Tumblr and Reddit that is heavily into MILF stories, specifically ones about hot moms seduced by their son’s bullies. Many of the posts on these sites are captions to pictures revolving on a mother betraying her son with his bully, and they are super popular. I will show you which accounts specifically to focus on. Twitter is also a traffic source. I would not include Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Snapchat, or Google+ as social media sources since they are not very adult-content-friendly.

Once it’s yours, you can do whatever you want with the site, including altering the character names and keywords. I’ll also send a spreadsheet showing which keywords you may wish to focus on about this niche.
