In a lot of ways NZ is more tech advanced than even the UK - For example it's virtually cashless - I have used cash on 1 occasion in the month I have been here - That's pretty normal - Everyone has a card or a phone that you wave over a terminal and that's it - No pin, no sig no nothing - 1 dollar chocolate bar no problem.....
