WikiLeaks let the Trump campaign know about its plan to release this email, and the Trump campaign accordingly circulated rumors about Clinton’s health in order to maximize the impact of this disclosure.


Basically Russians hacked emails got a email about Hillary's health. They gave it to Wikileaks.

Wikileaks then gives the Trump campaign a heads up that the email will be released.

Trump then starts talking about Hillary's health and attacking her then the email was released..
