It looks like there is virus on Paxum site
 
Today, when I opened ticket page in my personal account I got message from antivirus that connection blocked because of URL:MAL virus found. Also tranfer to temporary card doesn t work. Not sure sure what to do... changed password, wrote ticket...:(

It is not on first page of paxum site paxum.com/eu/, virus is inside of my private account

I think I got it too sometime ago on the support ticket page. Might be false positive.

I never get any warnings anywhere, because I don't have antivirus running on my computer...

You should run Malwarebytes though, Macs are still susceptible to Malware that the macOS built in antivirus protections can miss.

Also it looks like a Paxum support slow as fuck

On 12th december 2018 my account was hacked and 1500 euro will go to some email
I could see in logs that someone with german IP did those transactions
On 17th december Paxum support finally answered me

Your situation was forwarded to the appropriate department for investigation, and as soon as we have an answer, you will be notified.
