Do you think Trump would resign in 2019 to protect himself and his family?
Found this:
Alan J. Steinberg—who served as an adviser to former President George W. Bush—wrote Quote:
I don't think Trump would do it. He's not smart enough to realize a good thing when he's got it, and his giant ego wouldn't let him do it anyway. Your thoughts? |
Trump purposely puts his kids in front of him to take the fall instead of him.
His kids are banned from taking part in charities in New York for ten years because he implicated them in his crimes using his charity as a personal slush fund. Trump had his kid take the Russian Trump tower meeting so his kid would take the fall if anything bad happened instead of him. |
The presidency is the only thing protecting DOnald Trump from having 10 federal prosectors up his ass. And if it ever came down to him or his kids going to prison, I'm almost certain his kids will be going instead of him.
Do you guys realize that once he's out of office, he'll be going to jail? I think he might just be barely smart enough to know that himself. So if he doesn't die from choking on KFC chicken bone (one can only hope) he will be spending the rest of his worthless scumbag life behind bars shitting in a metal toilet. And all of the Trump supporters can get on the next rocket to be shot into the void of space where they'll all asphyxiate or starve to death. |

Trump will be going to jail? Oh really? Sorry but making clueless leftist Butt-hurt is not a crime :1orglaugh |
Mark, no I don't think Trump will resign. Anyone who thinks that's a possibility is a gullible dipshit duped by fake news. Unless there's any evidence of wrongdoing?? No?? So gullible :1orglaugh

Protect himself and his family against what?
All of this talk of impeachment and crimes and nobody ever lays out what Trump did wrong. Just some really vague stuff about Russia. Meanwhile we have Hillary selling access to the state department through the Clinton Foundation, Bill taking part in an illegal drug operation while governor of Arkansas, Obama doing all sorts of shit like running illegal guns into Mexico, selling US ambassador spots and illegally wiretapping Trump. And of course Bush's avalanche of middle east crimes. |

I don't think his ego will let him resign. Also, he is obviously trying to keep some foreign promises... Doubt he wants to piss them off since they helped him become "the most bigly president in all the universes combined".

What other fantasies do you entertain?
This is fascinating |

No, there's no need to protect them that way.. He has all he needs to take down damn near every single one of the fucks yanking your chain. If your wish of attempting to remove him comes even close to becoming true you can bet he's dumping the load on all of them.

Do I think Trump would resign if he was promised he wouldn't be indicted or face other charges? Dunno. That's a damn good question.
Trump has a huge ego. I don't seem him resigning in disgrace. Even if it ensures he will live out the rest of his life in luxury, I don't seem him just resigning and walking away. I think he will fight it out until the very end, crying poor me the entire time. This is going to come crashing down. Some hardcore Republicans seem to think there is nothing wrong - business as usual. It's stunning that his personal attorney has plead guilty, his campaign manager has plead guilty, and his National Security Adviser has plead guilty - and others. Some of these people - such as Manafort and Flynn - he doesn't know at all, and they surely do not have any allegiance to Trump. If it mean not going to prison for six months they would gladly turn his ass in. If Cohen went to Prague for secret talks the FBI will find out about it. Keep in mind, it's not only what the FBI can find out, but also what the CIA can find out from the FSB - meaning, if they are reading FSB communications they might know a lot more than just Cohen being in Prague.... I am pretty confident there is some collusion at some level, but I am not sure if they will be able to pin it on Trump. Every time we turn around there was connections with the Russians that they were lying about. At one point they were discussing setting up "secure communications" so the Trump org can talk directly with Russia... For the love of god, why? I understand a need for a back door every now and then - it's been done before - but it's always been done through the President and the State Department and the CIA. Why would the President need to speak directly to Putin without the State Department and CIA knowing? One way or another, Trump is going down. You know he has committed crimes. Everyone knows it. |

Everything he promised has failed. This morning I read an article that claimed more coal mines closed than re-opened. He even failed on that. He also fucked the farmers too. |
