Production/content people - is this the normal rate for women to be receiving for such filming? Just curious.

Seems low to me for what is genuine hardcore? (£200 - £1000 so add about 27% onto these figures for the USD equivalent) but I have been out of adult for a while now and was never involved in content etc (anything under £400 - £500 seems very low?)
