What's the best approach to getting some cheap quality dedicated servers when the storage requirements are larger than standard?

I burn little BW, less than 100mbit/95% but need atleast 10TB of storage for this box. :helpme

You can get cheap or quality, not both at the same time. Sorry.

If you want to store a lot of content, have you considered object storage? The costs are based on usage only and you can have a small server or VPS for only your scripts and DBs, and put all the content in object storage at a usage-based rate. Agreed, object or block storage is the most cost effective solution for many use cases.

Keep in mind that object storage can be more expensive if you have alot of tiny files as there are minimum sizes for the objects.
