Adult performer Mercedes Carerra (AKA Melinda Smith) and her associate/producing partner Daemon Cins (AKA Jason Whitney) were charged yesterday with eight counts of sexually abusing a child under the age of 10 on Wednesday, as well as one count of possession of a controlled substance while armed with a handgun.

Early stages. No rush to judgement. Good for the minor to have the fortitude to report so close to the time of alleged abuse. Sad all around. No win but for all victims.

We'll see how this plans out. If any of this is true.... That's nasty.

There are two people here accused of the same crimes, it's entirely possible that one of them is not guilty of all of the charges.
