Hello, thanks for taking the time to read this. So, I've looked everywhere online for answers and I can't find any. I have a website which deals in sex on drugs, specifically sex on molly. It's an amateur tube site, which means I don't post any of the content found on the site. There is also no physical drugs being done in any of the videos.

So.... Im wondering; can I get fucked? Is someone gonna come after me and sue me, or is the law going to destroy me? I've looked everywhere online for answers, but amateur porn featuring sex on drugs is a very vague subject to look into.. I got no answers. Please let me know! I don't see what would be unlawful about it. It all depends on your country I guess. Tumblr had "sex on drugs" posts and they lasted a long time. You are usually allowed to do anything you want if you claim you're a victim when they start attacking you about it. Or just say you're alt left. You should be immune from any laws.

The fact that you're asking this question may offer a hint as to whether or not you have anything to worry about.

personally, I´d have thought it was illegal to be advertising your site as "a site where the people have no idea what they are doing"...
