Google: Is it possible to insert a searched keyword into a title?

I'm pretty sure I have seen something like this before.

I am trying to target specific locations and wondered if it would be possible if someone searched something similar I could generate a title from it using sql.

So for example, someone searches in Google for:
things to do in xxxxxxxxx
or
rainy day fun in yyyyyyy
or
family days out in zzzzzzzz

I could generate some text that says something like:
Things to do in xxxxxxxxx
or
rainy day fun in yyyyyyy
or
family days out in zzzzzzzz

If you can see the search term in the query string then you can return that exact term, yes.

SQL not needed for that part.
