WHAT FILTER was used on these photos?

Hi guys.
Can anyone tell me how to achieve this look? Is it a white balance? a photoshop filter? manual manipulation? THanks!

Isn't it the lense on the camera?

No idea what was used on that picture but you could do similar in FilterForge

nope this is not a fisheye, is look like a wide angle ~15 maybe 12mm

it looks like one of them architechture photography lenses with the adjustable angle...I do not know what they are called, but you can tilt the angle of the lens it is an incredibly complex mechanism I was blown away when I saw it...

Fisheye lens

Sorry this photo is not what you want give to clients.

They used the wrong lens or didn't use the correct lens right.

Max 16-35mm for interiors and you don't get furniture so close in frame.

2nd Photo is overexposed

Colors are off

Bad Saturation

Mixing ambient and artificial light

White balance is wrong.

Photo has no depth of field. Nothing is in sharp focus. (Wrong Aperture or HDR fuck it)

Didn't fix wide angle distortion (In Lightroom or Photoshop)

You need to use a white balance card. (Greycard)

You need to decide if you want the windows blowout or exposure for the windows then light the room accordingly

This will help you out.

That's what I thought.

I don't think I explained myself correctly. What I want to know is how to get that type of coloring, even the type of harpness in this type of photo. I really love that semi-pink washed out colors.
I see that in a lot of real estate photos lately. Is there a specific Photoshop filter (or a plugin) that does that?
thanks :)

Over-exposed with barrel distortion. Fugly chairs dominate the foreground too much in the second shot. Needs better composition.

A Samsung s8 could do a better job.

I'd be embarrassed to show a client those two photos.
