Anyone use a fitbit and login via the dashboard on a computer?
 

Can't login today - Getting the message "User does not exist or password is incorrect."

Can still connect via my phone, just not via computer. Of course in order to get live chat support etc, I'm asked to login - So back to stage one again.

Two accounts affected on two browsers so extremely unlikely to have been hacked. Both accounts using a unique 15 letter number combo that's not used anywhere else... :(

Just wondering if anyone else has same problem?

Never mind - Both accounts are working again - Have not been hacked or anything - Just a glitch at their end :)

You track all of the steps to bathroom and back ? ?
