I have 55$ on paxum acc. need to exchange it anywhere else

Suddenly, after fees paid and all identity confirmations added, paxum told me that they cannot issue new card for my area :mad: That was possible 5 years ago, but now it is not!

Anyway... I need help with 55$ out there.. if anyone wish to help me convert it to payoneer, bitcoin, paypal... or please give me advice what to do with it..:helpme
