No - they're unrelated.

Marshall (smaller of the two) is a rescue from West Virginia. London (rottie/shep/doberman) is a local rescue from the Humane Society.

One's what they call a shepweiler (rottie/shepherd)...the other is rottie/shep with some doberman.
