Favourite series?

Goi9ng to start with Westworld now. Speaking about Chernobyl on HBO...I have been there...it is always funny when you see signs for excursion in Kiev combined with the symbol for radioactivity:1orglaugh

I must recommend this turkish serie also...turkish..of all kinds...

https://www.imdb.com/title/tt4075038...1?ref_=nv_sr_1

Paramparca...or Broken Pieces....it is SO good...we have it on swedish television here....

Istanbul has amazing food also...I can really recommend to visit.

The None.

Who was the murderer in Friday the 13th movie???

Paul Markham 06-27-2019 05:14 AM

Loved Breaking Bad, it was of an ordinary man who was given an opportunity to make enough money to cover his problems. Then couldn't stop until it had completely consumed him. So something anyone could fall foul of.

Other than that, can't stand horror as they're so predictable, fantasy has to be more than just the fantasy to appeal to me. GOT was good, last series wasn't so good. Westworld was a great movie for it's time, soon sucked as a TV series, watching Under the Dome which sometimes seems like a soap opera, great book badly handled on TV.

I like the British series like Unforgotten, Vera, etc. From the US, In the Dark is good.

I got into GOT very late in the game but decided to buy all 7 seasons and bing watched. I fell hook line and sinker and will be buying the final series when its available. I'd have to say Westworld is a close second :thumbsup:thumbsup

The Wire
The Sopranos
Breaking Bad
Better Call Saul
Justified
Game of Thrones

Denny BongaCash 06-27-2019 08:51 AM

I would also recommend Peaky blinders, True detective, and Black mirror

Bladewire 06-27-2019 09:00 AM

My all time favorite series is True Blood

Ozark and Boardwalk Empire are both excellent.

Probably :1orglaugh
The movie takes place 10 years later but it's been more like 15 for the cast, I just hope they address the cliffhanger at the end of season 3, been waiting a long time to find out what happened :thumbsup

Indeed. I would say the same. As about the Breaking Bad, so it's is not something to should be mentioned or recommend, because it's a must and I don't believe there is anyone who didn't watch it at least once (personally I did it twice). The same applies to Games Of Thrones of course and The Big Bang Theory. Chernobyl was quite good, but it's a very short show. I'd also recommend Good Omens (if you like British humor). A friend of mine has also recommended City on a Hill (haven't started watching it yet).
