Bullshit. It happened because an irresponsible parent put his child in harms way. You don't swim the river, you cross in boat or inner tube. Better yet, cross on land if you have a small child with no life preserver. Best of all, cross legally.

There was no crisis at the border when Trump took office. He created the crisis. He created the crisis all by himself. He could end the crisis in a moment just by issuing the order.

*There was no REPORTED crisis at the border, because it would have made Saint Obama and by extension his preordained successor look bad during election season.

I used to live on the border and I can tell you first hand there has been a crisis since 2006.

US govt uses CIA to destabilize ElSalvador, same thing happened in Panama & Horrendous, ect..ect. Their police force was then disbanded, at the same time US starts deporting gang members back to ElSalvador from a gang that was created in the US. The gang being MS13.

US trained a "rebel" trained by US troops then went to ElSalvador and took the MS13 gang with him. He becomes leader of the gang in ElSalvador now with no police force to stop them and a well trained leader, they quickly take control of the country spreading gang violence all over even into other countries..

Woman flees the gang violence travels to the US for asylum but instead finds a country who is now taking the kids away from asylum seekers as her self and not giving them back. Lady hears reports from countless people saying Trump has stolen their kids and not returning them. Kids dying in detainment camps and getting sexually abused.

The lady & her kids can not go back home because of the violence, she can not stay where she is because of Mexican cartel, she can not cross legally so only option is the chance she might make it away from all the violence by simply crossing a river.. After she came that far what is one more river, one more imaginary line vs a chance at a better life..

The lady dies trying because if she tried to do it "Trump's way" she would be on a list for 20+ years and die to a gang anyway or maybe Trump takes her kids and never returns them.. I bet you anything that lady did more for her kids than you've ever done for yours if you have any..
