DES MOINES, Iowa – A man accused of killing a mother and her two children was in the U.S. illegally and had twice previously been deported, federal authorities say. Marvin Oswaldo Esquivel-Lopez, 31, has been charged with three counts of first-degree murder for Tuesday night's triple homicide. His victims have been identified as a small family he was living with: Rossibeth Flores-Rodriguez, 29; Grecia Daniela Alvarado-Flores, 11; and Ever Jose Mejia-Flores, 5. Officers, responding to a 911 call, found the three bodies at the home Tuesday night, according to police. A spokesman for Immigration and Customs Enforcement said Wednesday that the accused's name is actually Marvin Oswaldo Escobar-Orellana and he returned to the U.S. after being deported to Guatemala. "Escobar-Orellana, aka, Marvin O. Esquivel-Lopez, was previously (deported) from the United States in 2010 and again in 2011," ICE spokesman Shawn Neudauer said. "He has a prior federal conviction for illegal entry into the United States in 2010. He is not currently in ICE custody.” Court records show his 2011 deportation stemmed from illegal entry to the U.S. near Laredo, Texas. He was sentenced to 15 days "confinement" and ordered not to return to the country illegally. An undocumented immigrant who re-enters the country without authorization after having been previously deported can be charged with a felony, which — depending on the person’s record — is punishable by up to 20 years in federal prison, if convicted. Des Moines police have said that the man known as Marvin Esquivel-Lopez is not believed to have had a romantic relationship with Flores-Rodriguez. article... |
I'm sure a wall will stop it op.. not instead going after the reason they come here, that being the employers who hired and pay them.. Yep a wall will stop it...
Humm why do you think he lived in Iowa OP and not a lib sanctuary city? https://www.usatoday.com/story/news/...ts/1075320002/ Dane Lang, a co-owner of Yarrabee Farms outside of Brooklyn, Iowa, stood outside his family farm this week and lamented that he had employed the undocumented immigrant charged in the slaying of 20-year-old Mollie Tibbetts.. Then he was asked if any other non-U.S. citizens were among the 10 employees on the dairy farm. "I don't think I can comment to that," Lang said. That vague answer highlights the worst-kept secret in the agriculture business: Roughly half of the nation's 1.4 million field workers (47 percent, or 685,000 workers) are undocumented immigrants. And that estimate, from the Labor Department, is a conservative one, with labor experts citing far higher percentages. Do you think that farm owner should be charged as a co conspirator to murder OP? I bet that farm owner even voted for Trump... You know what else is in Des Moines? Lots of beef production facilities where lots of illegals work... You know they even pay those illegals upwards of $17/hr because they can't get Americans to do the job and they still have to pay far more than minimum wage just to get illegals to do it... but hey a wall will stop that... Yeah Americans expect to get paid around $25/hr to do that job, so instead they pay illegals $17/hr.. yep a wall will fix all the problems... |

Well if you give these people visas then allow them to overstay, they could commit crimes. </sarcasm>

Saying they will build tunnels or come by sea is bullshit, they can do that today but walking is the easiest. So they walk. With a more secure border you can then divert resources to finding tunnels, stopping ships and making America great again. Who knows it might even reduce the $22 trillion debt you have. |

These businesses will close and others will replace them who are playing by the rules. Or people will have to wash their own cars. Quote:
https://www.quora.com/Why-don-t-we-p...gal-immigrants https://dailycaller.com/2019/05/31/c...grants-hiring/ http://hrexecutive.com/how-many-empl...ying-illegals/ The idea that only immigrants will work for such a low wage is right. The problem is the West has pandered to the business and corporate community for far too long. The result is businesses and corporations make huge profits. The country sinks into ever mounting debt. The reasons are clear. The native worker doesn't disappear, he goes onto a low wage or welfare. Because businesses and corporations are hiring immigrants to do jobs Westerners would do for better wages. We've seen sums of $50k as the cost of an unemployed worker, add that to the cost of the cheap migrant, add the cost of crime, education, healthcare, etc and the overall cost is sky rocketing. Will liberals who are in favour of letting any poor soul into their country carry the cost or do they bitch they will have to spend more to hire a westerner and the growing debt mountain. All the liberals will do is bitch about having to pay more in taxes or the government spending more or the cost of the Wall. https://gfy.com/fucking-around-and-p...t-history.html https://gfy.com/fucking-around-and-p...vs-2017-a.html Maybe liberals should volunteer to pay more in taxes to support their immigration policies of allowing illegals in. |

How do you feel about this guy? https://www.vladtv.com/images/size_fs/video-256602.jpg https://nypost.com/2019/07/18/killer...s-kills-again/ Is the brown guy doing it scarier for you? If so, why? Why is it that people of your color serve way more time for doing way less around here? Do you care? Or is it "brown man bad"? |

I'm 100% for going after illegals at job sites and going after employers who keep hiring illegals. That is what solves the issue.. Building walls will not solve anything because it's mostly the criminal element that crosses illegally and those types will dig tunnels if they need to and the gangs/cartel will control access to those tunnels so you are funneling even more money & power into the hands of the cartels.. |
not going to sit here and argue with you. i may disagree on somethings. oh well not a big issues. don't take what i say and make it personal. illegal alien problem is going to be fixed. i posted this story if you want to look through my post. i was the one that was on the rant about this! i think pam was the first to post... look through my post :2 cents::2 cents: you said i never lose an argument. what is to argue about this? he killed a mother and her two kids. she took this asshole into her home when he was here afraid of getting deported. oh karma is going to fuck his ass up bad!

https://cdn.theatlantic.com/assets/m...mod=1555602101 It's easier to tighten up on visa overstayers than people who walk across the border. Both need to be addressed. Claiming that one side should be ignored because the other side isn't being addressed is stupid. Building walls is better than leaving the land open, or were you against all the other fences other Presidents erected? I don't recall you voicing constant abuse at Obama for deporting more illegals, show me the threads that show your abuse of Obama to prove me wrong. Forcing them to build tunnels is better than having open land they can walk across. Do you know what's involved to build a tunnel? The only industry that can afford it is drugs and that's the fault of Americans and Canadians buying illegal drugs. I'm 100% for targeting the companies that employ illegals and their landlords. I'm 100% against the local governments creating safe havens for illegals, are you? |
