damn, I just gained 20lbs looking at that. I'm trying to lose weight so I'll proly fix something simple like a frozen pizza.

Why is it easy to lose 20 lbs but harder to lose more? I had 2 BLTs for lunch then rode my exercise bike 6 miles to work it off haha

When you move from eating junk to eating clean, you'll shed a lot of water weight right away. Most people don't realize this and so when they see weight loss taking more effort, they give up and go back to eating junk.

you can eat "junk" and lose weight. most people are not fat because they keep busy

I use to eat a lot of 700 calorie frozen meals like Marie Calendar but now I heat Healthy Choice or Lean Cuisine frozen meals that are under 300 calories. I do 2 chef salads per week. I also drink 3 or 4 bottles of water a day. I cut out soft drinks totally.

When I drink I mix it with Diet Cranberry Juice witch is only 5 calories per drink.

I do have 2 cheat days. Monday I do MCD for lunch when I go in for groceries. Then Fridays I order a small pizza and 10 hot wings.

BLT is like 360 calories each.

You may have burned 400 riding the bike.
