How to Upload Videos and Images to Instagram from PC

Hey guys,

I need to upload videos and images to Instagram from my PC, I used to use a program called Gramblr to do this, but in the last 6 months it's stopped working :(

Any of you guys have another way to upload videos and pics from PC, it's for a small project I need to start working on.

Hope you guys can help me out.

Haven't tried it myself. But maybe an android emulator like bluestacks would work.
