Years and years back, he disappeared and to be honest, not sure he's still running PhantomFrog or if he's come back since.

Nice guy but I am sure he didn't have many clients anymore, nor did they probably need him to be around much. I am sure he's moved on

I was working with him late 2018 he had a phone number to call and replied to email and everything.
now the numbers off and hes just gone.

As I said, I don't think he has a lot of business or focuses a ton on PhantomFrog. Perhaps just busy and other things in life came up that have priority. If he came back again, I imagine he'll be around eventually again but I wouldn't hold your breath on when he comes around again.
