I bought their pack some time ago and started using it about 2-3 weeks ago. It works quite well but haven't tested all products yet. Anyway, they need to start providing support to their customers, submitted a ticket about 10 days ago and no response.

I use all their products and I don't seem to have any issues whatsoever. In fact, they are working as advertised. Every. Single. One. of. Them.

I request a refund today.

some of the products are going to be in a grey area... so they will have to be fix frequently. i said it be that player is against people that roam this forum. when they see an update they change it :1orglaugh that shit is wacko mole 5000. i have no idea why there is such a product that is against the terms of service.

I still don't get why Brian Mike takes some much of its personal time to try to destroy our reputation.
Months ago, he wasn't as rude as now when my colleague helped him solving every single issue he faced (with some of them that weren't linked to our products). This said, I'll be honest, some critics that have been made recently by some customers are accurate and we do not turn a deaf ear to them. We are aware that some of our products (I think about WPS Checker for example) definitely need an update, and I can assure you that these updates will be made. Concerning support, we did the mistake to promise that we could give a premium support, answering every single ticket whereas it's literally impossible as the devs are only two. We suspended the tickets support for now in order to improve current wp-script themes/plugins and our new product. And for those thinking that we abandon WP-Script, the answer is no, definitely not ! All the work we are doing on WPLiveCam now is helpful for what will come for WP-Script (we slightly improved our skills and methods). Again, i'm open to feedback and critics (and we are not above reproaches) but don't spread false information or word like "scam" / saying that we write fake reviews whereas we definitely don't have time for this etc.. just in order to kill our reputation. |

Unfortunately, I can confirm the problem with the videos. When I push the play button the video starts, then it suddenly stops. It is absolutely unacceptable that the problem remains unsolved for months. I'm sorry to say this, but I do not recommend this script in its current form.

The good: I installed WP-Script tube sites on about a dozen domains I had with little or no traffic and within a year they became my most visited sites.
The bad: I hardly make any money from my affiliate ads on those sites. Makes me wonder how any tube site is profitable since it seems like people just come to jerk off to the free videos then leave. I must get a few dozen every month, sometimes several in one day! I asked if they could stop or cut back but they said I'd have to unsubscribe from all emails and I don't want that because I want to be notified of any bugs or problems |
I had to unsubscribe from all emails, got like 1-2 promo (spam) emails from them daily. really annoying.
