I bought their pack some time ago and started using it about 2-3 weeks ago. It works quite well but haven't tested all products yet. Anyway, they need to start providing support to their customers, submitted a ticket about 10 days ago and no response.

some of the products are going to be in a grey area... so they will have to be fix frequently. i said it be that player is against people that roam this forum. when they see an update they change it :1orglaugh that shit is wacko mole 5000. i have no idea why there is such a product that is against the terms of service.

I still don't get why Brian Mike takes some much of its personal time to try to destroy our reputation.

Months ago, he wasn't as rude as now when my colleague helped him solving every single issue he faced (with some of them that weren't linked to our products).

This said, I'll be honest, some critics that have been made recently by some customers are accurate and we do not turn a deaf ear to them.

We are aware that some of our products (I think about WPS Checker for example) definitely need an update, and I can assure you that these updates will be made.

Concerning support, we did the mistake to promise that we could give a premium support, answering every single ticket whereas it's literally impossible as the devs are only two. We suspended the tickets support for now in order to improve current wp-script themes/plugins and our new product.

And for those thinking that we abandon WP-Script, the answer is no, definitely not ! All the work we are doing on WPLiveCam now is helpful for what will come for WP-Script (we slightly improved our skills and methods).

Again, i'm open to feedback and critics (and we are not above reproaches) but don't spread false information or word like "scam" / saying that we write fake reviews whereas we definitely don't have time for this etc.. just in order to kill our reputation.

Just imho of course but you should not have your developers answerng trouble tickets.

Resolving trouble tickets, yes. Answering them, no.

You should have a customer service person in the position of answering and prioritizing trouble tickets. Then have the developers doing the work and letting the customer service person know where they are on stuff.

Developers traditionally do not like people or have many great people skills. If they did they probably would not have chosen a field where they work on computers all day.

A customer service person, on the other hand, should be a people person. They should know how to handle people with grace and diplomacy. They should know enough about their product to be able to answer easy questions but their main job is managing the flow from the customer to the devleoper and back.

Again, just imho of course.

Unfortunately, I can confirm the problem with the videos. When I push the play button the video starts, then it suddenly stops. It is absolutely unacceptable that the problem remains unsolved for months. I'm sorry to say this, but I do not recommend this script in its current form.

Could be an SSL problem, could be the company serving up the video, could be any number of things.
I've never seen the issues with these scripts a lot of webmasters have brought up here. So if the script works for others and not for you it's their fault?

They have a 14 day money back guarantee, did you request one?

They know about the problem, I've seen complaints on the forum. None of the reasons you pointed out might be possible. I'm talking about different sites and different servers, but the problem is the same. Obviously, something in the latest version of the script is not working. I am one of their first clients, so I definitely know what I'm talking about. The script is abandoned with all its shortcomings

The good: I installed WP-Script tube sites on about a dozen domains I had with little or no traffic and within a year they became my most visited sites.

The bad: I hardly make any money from my affiliate ads on those sites. Makes me wonder how any tube site is profitable since it seems like people just come to jerk off to the free videos then leave.

More bad: same issue with unanswered support tickets. And when they do answer they demand administrator access to the site in order to solve the problem. I've worked with a lot of third party programs and never had the developer demand access to my site. They could always fix problems by knowing their program insides and out, but WP-Script isn't like this.

Even more bad: their never ending promo emails. I must get a few dozen every month, sometimes several in one day! I asked if they could stop or cut back but they said I'd have to unsubscribe from all emails and I don't want that because I want to be notified of any bugs or problems

This happens to me on youtube, news sites and just about everywhere.
I don't know what the problem is. I just upgraded my operating system but nothing changed.

Can you post a link that shows the problem so I can see if it's different than what I am experiencing?

I'm glad you know what you're talking about. The issues I pointed out were problems for me that I solved independent of the script and I own all of the scripts.
