what I do know from being around lots of procreating women is that often the more you breastfeed (which is really good for the baby) the more milk you tend to produce. and if not expressed gets really fucking painful. I've seen more than a few really good moms express milk either into a bottle for storage in the fridge or down the drain if at work, to get rid of the discomfort. yes I did taste it once, just out of curiosity

if she is breastfeeding she's giving her kid a good start in life and should be allowed to get her groove on without critique or painfully full breasts. moms are still people and deserve to have a life outside that role
