VS Media sold VS.com several years ago, but they're still assholes. Anyone doing business with Naked.com, Camster and CamDolls should move their traffic elsewhere as those sites will likely have the same shitty affiliate TOS as Flirt4Free. Read more about Flirt4Free's "Inactive Referred Customer" and "Dormant Affiliate Rate".

cybermike 11-06-2019 08:36 PM

Eh might be good news.. feels like naked/camster affiliate program was abandoned years ago.

If a customer doesn't spend money for a year, then another affiliate spends marketing dollars to re-engage and re-refer that customer, then that affiliate gets credit. If you feel like that's not fair, then you don't have to promote our program. This rule doesn't stop any of our other affiliates from making money.

https://affiliates.flirt4free.com/rev.php

You shouldn't claim lifetime revshare "Set yourself up to earn high profits for years to come! Our Revenue Share option will pay commissions throughout the lifetime of your referred users."

Still pushing you guys.. but had a whale take a break and afraid I lost him forever :(

So the original affiliate that spent time, money and effort to get the LIFETIME revshare commissions gets fucked out of the LIFETIME revshare commissions that they rightfully earned? Who's the one going after the inactive customers? Do you want to deny that Flirt4Free emails these inactive customers, so it can keep all the revenue for itself?

It's not fair, I'm not promoting F4F and I'm going to ensure other webmasters know the shitty policy of your program. Fuck you greedy bastards.

Honestly, I was aware of the dormant affiliate rate policy but not about the inactive referred customer one, thanks for bringing it up.

:winkwink:

What about the first affiliate who spent marketing dollars based on expected lifetime value of that member? :Oh crap

Ignored like always? Usually with a cookie cutter response too like how they don't INTEND to let this happen.

Hah, wishful thinking on my part.

While your statement isn't an outright lie, it's extremely deceptive and misleading. The 150 days clause in the Flirt4Free affiliate TOS is only about 5 months, less than half of the year that you suggest above.

Quote:

6.10
Inactive Referred Customers. Your right to receive, and Company's obligation to pay to You, a commission in association with a standard commission program, or any other of the Company's Programs, shall not apply to any purchases made by any referred customer after the customer has become an "Inactive Referred Customer". For the purposes of this Agreement, an "Inactive Referred Customer" is any customer referred by You that has not made any new purchase of a service or product from the Company for a period of one hundred fifty (150) consecutive days or longer. You acknowledge and agree that Company shall have no obligation to commence paying or to continue to pay to You, any commission or other compensation of any kind for any Referral made by You where such Referral pertains to a customer has become an Inactive Referred Customer. Once a referred customer has become an Inactive Referred Customer, no commissions shall be paid to You for, or based on, any purchases made by such Inactive Referred Customer. Notwithstanding the foregoing, You may re-refer a customer that has become an Inactive Referred Customer and qualify to receive commission payments as set forth in this Agreement with respect to such new Referral provided that the subject customer has not become the Referral of another affiliate or has made a purchase in response to the Company's own advertising while such customer was an Inactive Referred Customer.

when VS first stated they prided themselves on being "stand up guys" and if a customer used a credit card under your marketing partner number it was tied to your MP account for life. I remember Chuck being very vocal about this.

Rather than innovating to deal with increased competition, VS Media / Flirt4Free / F4F apparently made the short sighted decision to shaft their affiliates instead. Camster, Naked and CamDolls affiliates acquired by Flirt4Free should jump ship and do business with people who have integrity.

slavdogg 11-24-2019 05:48 PM

Naked.com has been sold about 5 times now, by my count.
I sold it one of those times..
