Launched my onlyfans got some subscribers.. any advice?
 

I finally crossed to the production part after years of being an affiliate.
Onlyfans allows me to get 80% of my 15 bucks monthly membership. Still it is not cheap to produce even amateur content.
Got 46 subscribers in my first 3 weeks. Some may renew some might not so I see the constant hustle to get new ones. Other affiliates who have blogs won't be collaborating in promotion... any advice for onlyfans promotion?
I have hired the top busty girls. The best from all the busty websites and have some rare content.. like having the first boob grabbing of solo models..
Instagram banned me after 58k followers.. and they banned my site. Same Facebook. Any advice is welcome.

You are on the right grack " making new content" ...But my view is do not go membership until you have hours and hours of content. But make $ 4.99 for a 30 min. stream as a VOD ( lets say 5 views) and build from there.... your 46 " subscribers" will come back for more streams if they liked what they saw...In my view the onlynway to go.

...and as to affiliates ? Do NOT count on them, but if you have a good and new content they will come.

Why did you get banned? Were the girls topless? Were you posting pics of boob grabbing or other sexually suggestive content?

Looking from the renewing situation & keeping your fans, I would suggest dropping the price, for your renews at least...

I´m at 9.99 and many other model like subscriptions are similar, some as low as 5 and some up to 20. However, the fans like communication from models, your set up slightly different as you´re updating new content from many models...

Maybe offering 30% discount to previous fans :2 cents:
