I saw it. It had some good moments.I thought. It wasn't a laugh riot but it was ok. I didn't understand the hate towards it either.

The 2016 remake was the horror show. If anyone found that cast and those "jokes" funny then you really need to check to see if you have a sense of humor.

G2 is poorly written because they forced a political agenda. When story takes back seat to politics usually there are issues with quality.

Imagine if the NFL or NBA was forced to hire white players to fill a quota

What political agenda was forced? I never thought of politics when watching any of the Ghostbusters.

The only one that seems to be pushing an agenda here is you. You can't even copy and paste from Rotten Tomatoes page about the movie with ad-libbing your own agenda into the results.

Seems to me that overall the movie was liked by critics, but users are split down the middle.

the entire atmospere is different, the only common thing is the idea;
at least that's how it looks at first sight.

I still see no agenda in that either... What point are you trying to make here? That critics are out of touch with the majority of people's likes and dislikes? Absolutely. Been that way for decades.

those are paid critics IMO...what surprises me is the 50% score for that absolutely horrid movie...I would have to smoke all the marijuana to make it through that movie...
