Porn Traffic to Google Play Store

I'm an affiliate for a dating app which is downloadable at Google Play Store. I like to know if it's safe to drive traffic with Trafficjunky or similar networks to the Play Store? Or will this look suspicious to Google?

No, they dont allow adult traffic , same as with adsense. Tho you might try to wash it by sending traffic first to mainstream site and then from it to google play.
