the new paxum login with OTP

login but no graphic for the OTP!

Please clear your cache/cookies, or try a different browser. If you continue to have difficulties please take a screenshot and email me (ruth at paxum) with your account username and specs (O/S, Browser type, etc), and I'll ask the techs to take a look.

Ruth I can never login to paxum.com when it asks for my info and I login, just hangs and says it took too long. What could be the issue?

If you've cleared your cache, closed the browser and tried again (or used a different browser) and still can't get in, then please email me your username and the O/S, Browser you're using, and I'll ask the techs to take a look.

Another possible cause could be if you have Access by IP switched on for your account and you're trying to login from a different IP.

I have some money in my Paxum account ....as stated they charge $50 wire transfer but they changed me additional $27 .....that's really suck

Your bank or an intermediary bank charges the extra fee.
