The owner of Paxum is Octav Moise. He's a really great guy and a lot of folks in the industry have met him at one show or another over the years. :thumbsup

Having met Octav Mouse several times at the shows when Paxum surfaced, he does appear to be a very capable and intelligent man.

With that said, Octav has dropped the public relations ball on too many occasions. He failed to come forward himself, with statements letting his client base know what exactly is going on, during the various times that Paxum was unable to fulfill their commitments to said clients.

Choosing to repeatedly hide behind Ruth and/or Chris when things break down is just poor business judgement on his part.

When sending funds in by wire they end up in Bucharest, so I'd assume it's based there.

Yes, they are located in Romania. Had the pleasure to meet Octavia, great guy, it was very cool to hang out with him.
